This company has some GREAT retail store locations in my area, and possibly your area of the U.S. too. It is one of our largest retail shops in the area and it is so fun to shop there...even with the kids.

Remember, shopping with mystery shopping companies is working. Yes, it is true..you are working as a contractor for these companies.

Every week when I post these new companies, I always get emails or comments asking about why they need to give their social security number. And, I thought I would do a quick answer for everyone this week.

These companies are required to turn in your earnings to the IRS and you are required to pay your taxes. Usually there is a threshold of when they are required to provide a 1099, and I believe it is either $500 or $600 ( I am not exactly sure ), but either way...they need your paperwork on file in case you reach that level.

Why can't they just wait to get your number until you reach that limit? Well, if they would happen to pay you more, and then they couldn't get a hold of you to provide your number, they would then risk not having the documentation they need to provide the goverment.

Just like any job you take, you will need to provide the needed documentation for taxes.

100 Free Business Cards plus Profit!

As you noticed, I introduced a new affiliate program this week for all of us bloggers. And, you have all heard me talk about this as a great way to make extra income for your family. Click here to read more about earning money blogging or go to my Affiliates button in the left menu bar at anytime.

Besides the fact, it is a lot of fun to share with everyone something you are excited and passionate about.

But, I have failed to mention some great and important ways to share your website with others around your community!!

And, that is via business cards.

These little rectangular pieces of paper are an easy and cheap way for you to advertise your work and potentially get new readers. And, every new reader may tell someone else...and so on and so forth.

Where all can you hand these out?

• When you leave your tip at the restaurant, leave your card!
• Paying a bill the old fashioned way..via mail...stick a card in!
• Someone comments at the grocery how much money you are saving? ( this happens quite often ) Hand them a card.
• Going to a conference..be prepared...everyone is trading cards. ( I forgot mine at home when I went to Blissdom..couldn't believe it!! )
• Give some to your family to pass out. My parents are always spreading the word on my website. I was at a wedding recently and someone came up and wanted to know if I had a card on me because my family had been talking about my blog.
• Some local establishments will allow you to leave them. Some libraries, grocery stores, etc have boards or places to leave cards so the public can see them.

There are many ways to utilize business cards, and if you blog, I highly recommend you get some.

That is why I ordered some this week for Free from Overnight Prints. I needed new ones to match my new design anyway. Here is what mine look like,front and back. They are glossy and the corners rounded. The dimensions are not quite so long and stretched out, but you get the idea, and it is a bit clearer, of course.

I have even heard lately of families having their own business cards just for their families. They have a family picture, then their phone numbers, cell phone numbers, email addresses, twitter, facebook, etc. They would be handy to have. Especially last night when my husband ran into an old high school friend at a play!

So, here are the details:

So, when all is said and done, you will have gotten 100 business cards, a trial membership to Great Fun and made a profit $8.11!! Yay! As always, lovin' my free trials!

$50 Savings Bond thanks to Bond Rewards

I love shopping online with "Rebate" Companies ever since I started using them. And, most of you know my favorite ones. I have written about them enough! In fact, be on the look out for my new Rebate Shopping Sites webpage to go active this weekend. :-) It will go into detail explaining all the shops I like and their specific details so you can sign up with them all.

But, there has also been another one I have been using that I love for other reasons and have never discussed yet! Did you see my holding my $50 Savings Bond in the post below! That is the main reason! :-)

Bond Rewards is a website that is set up with the same idea as the other companies. You shop online thru their website, and they give you a percentage of the purchase price back into your account.


Once that money accumulates to $50, you can cash it out for a $50 Savings Bond or $25. But, don't worry, although this sounds like an unbelievable number to achieve, it is accessible thru other means besides just shopping. This is where there program is worth it to me!

What are the specifics from this company?

1. You earn money for shopping online thru their site. But, they do not have as many shops ( so be prepared ). Also, sometimes the value will look higher, BUT remember to half that. A $50 Savings Bond is only worth $25 in today's dollars.
2. You also earn money by taking surveys they sent you periodically. Because they don't come every day, I have found having Bond Rewards sent to my personal email account has not interfered at all. It is one of the few companies I will recommend to send to your own email account. Just this month, they sent me a survey ( and their surveys are SHORT and easy compared to others ) and I earned $5 on their site ( $2.50 when cashed out ).
3. They sent you emails to read for money each week. But, don't worry. They come only a few times a week. Again, you aren't bombarded. Open the email, click on a link for a product and earn 5 cents. It doesn't sound like much, but for one click.....these do add up. I promise.
4. Get a Bonus when you shop during your Birthday Month. They sent me an email this month telling me I would get an additional bonus if I shopped thru their site during March. Yay!
5. Earn extra thru their Refer a Friend program. You get 25 cents on their site for every friend you refer and $5 on their site when they make their first purchase! So, tell your friends!

I will admit. It isn't fast money, but it is EASY money! I really enjoyed their program a lot, and still click on my emails weekly, answer their surveys and smile when my $50 Bonds arrive in the mail!

In addition, you can get up to 5 of these per household. So, if you want to donate these to schools, give them as gifts, etc, it is a great way to get some freebies.

If that happens to be the case, then they become money makers. No guarantees, though, as the terms only state they will give you the values of the mouse. I guess we will have to wait and see.

In addition, you can get another $10 off if you pay via Bill Me Later. This is a legit program, just please be aware that it will show up on your credit score, as they are basically issueing you credit for your purchase.

Finally, did you know Amazon.com is again offering a McAfee free after rebate deal? This time is it their McAfee Internet Security 2009 3-User . Click here to access. Plus, it has free Super Saver shipping!

Enjoy your free products. And, remember to mark your calendar and keep copies of EVERYTHING. I have had to resubmit paperwork for rebates before, so it is always better to be prepared.

Look what came in the Mail! $500 Free Visa Gift Card!!

Well, this morning I headed to a local coffee shop to meet Andrea from Mommy Snacks for some iced hot chocolate!! Yes, I gave up coffee for Lent. It has been difficult, but I have persevered thus far. :-)

Thankfully, although I would have loved to have sat and chatted all day, I made it home in time for the arrival of my Fed Ex man. Because...he was asking me to sign for my $500 Visa Gift Card!!!! A few years back when I first got into taking surveys for money, I worked with a company called GoZing. I thoroughly enjoyed working for this company, as they paid timely, thru Paypal and the surveys were interesting. THEN....they got bought out by another company!

New Affiliate Program - Panthera Network

For all my blogging friends, I wanted to share a great new Affiliate program I have been using. It is Panthera Network. Click here to register.

I received my first check for $135 over the weekend, and this was within the first month of using them. So, I was very pleased!

I haven't even begun to utilize all the wonderful offers they have, and I have noticed that they change offers out during the month. So, there are always new ones coming and going.

In addition, with my check was a letter inviting me to participate in their bonus incentive programs for the month. It appears they offer different companies each month that you can get an additional bonus on if you promote. You get a code and simply request to be added to the program during the appropriate month. Great way to make a little extra!

Plus, they state they give $150 sign on bonus. Not sure the details behind this, as I didn't get it. Bummer! I didn't sign up under anyone, so I assume that is why I didn't see this extra money.
