Just last week I was able to cash out of one of my Survey sites and should be getting my check either this week or next. It is called My Survey and is, by far, one of favorite sites. Mainly because they pay me a bit just for trying to qualify for a survey, even if I don't accepted.
Well, today I found a new survey site, called Pro Opinion. I immediately signed up, of course.
It is a sister-type site to Opinion Outpost. So, if you are already registered with Opinion Outpost, you will need to use a seperate email address ( don't use your surveys emails account if you are registered with Opinion Outpost ). I registered it under my husband's name.

So, what am I going to discuss on this topic today?
How I manage my programs as a blogger.
Of course, this post is going to be most helpful to those who are bloggers already. But, don't forget, it is very easy to start your own blog. The key is to write about something you absolutely love or enjoy.
And, towards the bottom, I will also have a program for non-bloggers to earn money, as well.
Once you have a blog, how do you earn money thru these programs?
Once you are a member, you have access to many, many different companies. You can then apply for specific companies you would like to see on your site or write about. After they approve you, you will gain access to links for banner or text ads to use.
So, what if you go thru all these steps and an advertiser denies you? This happens all the time. Especially to me, as I am still a small blogger. I always write them a very nice email then, thanking them for their consideration. I then ask if they could possibly review my site and provide me with any feedback of what I could change to bring my site up to compliance with their program.
After I write this email, they almost always approve me. They know I am serious. I want to promote their company! So, ALWAYS send an email if you get denied.
Next, how do I find which companies I want to promote?
Easy, I let them find me.
I do this by finding the topics I want to write about on a day to day basis. If I find a great deal/sale I am going to share, I immediately do a Swagbucks search on the name of the company and the word affiliate or referral.
It will then bring back results letting me know if they pay bloggers to advertise their product or company.
If they have a program, I sign up. That way, I then, potentially, get paid if people use the deal. If they don't, oh, well....I tried! But, you would be surprised how many companies have affiliate or referral programs. And, if they have a program, why write the post without joining the program.
I hope that gives a bit more insight into how I manage my affiliates. I know there are many different ways, but this method has seemed to work well for me. My goal is to only advertise for companies I am currently using myself to earn and save money. Of course, every blogger can establish the guidelines of how they want to run their own blog.
Now, if you are not a blogger and don't plan to start one anytime soon, how can you still make money from advertisers?
Thanks to Marianne at Writer-Mommy for sharing about a program called You Data. She mentioned that she only clicked thru a few ads last week, mere minutes, and earned over $6! Wow! Good return on the bit of time spent!
But, here is the gist of the program. Instead of bloggers like me getting paid to have the ads on my site, YOU are getting paid to view the ads. Why not? You are the end customer, potentially.
What are the benefits?
Based on the profile you set up, you can view ads that are targeted to your interests. Yeah! You then get to view those ads and read them, etc, and get paid. The amount you will get paid is there for you to see before you view the ads. Very nice!
Finally, if you are a blogger, they have a referral program. Love that!
And, you get paid WEEKLY to your paypal account. Now, that is exceptional. As we know, most companies pay monthly or sometimes even quarterly. So, weekly is really great!

I am going to assume the majority of you answered yes.
So, here is one other question for you. How much money did you earn on your checking last year?
If the answer was nothing, then today's homework is to set up your new High Interest Checking Account. Last year, I made $760. Today, I got my statement and they deposited $70.01 in my account for one month. There is absolutely no reason you should not be making money on something you currently own and use daily, your checking.
So, let me first give you a bit of background information on High Interest Checking.
They are almost always electronic checking accounts. Thismeans simply that you do not have a brick and mortar bank to visit whenever you want. But, there are ways to work around this, as I do, which I will discuss below.
Youcan use them just like a normal checking. I have checks, of course, that I use to write out whenever I need. I also have my husbands direct deposit set up here. Our bills are set to pay from this account automatically. Everything runs just like our old checking did.
The percentage you get paid can vary depending on your balance. This simply means the more you have in your account, the higher percentage you will earn.
Debit or ATM Cards can be used at any ATM. This is one of the more common questions I get. How do you get your money out? Well, with the account I have, it is even better than when I used to bank with Fifth Third. With them, I had to only use their ATMS or I got charged fees. But, with my High Interest Checking account, they charge no fees, AND they reimburse me the fees I get charged from the other bank when I use their ATM. So, basically, it is free anywhere.
Finally, you earn FREE money! And, for something you use anyway!
I do have a few suggestions of how to manage your account. My main problem was that I was not going to have a Brick and Mortar bank to drive up, deposit my checks, etc. The thought of manually mailing my checks into my High Interest Account was not appealing to me.
So, I kept my account open with a $0 balance ( check your local bank to make sure what the minimum amount you need to leave in to keep the account open ). Then, when I need to deposit checks, I simply do it like I always do at the bank.
How do I get the money to my High Interest account? I log into my old bank and simply do an electronic transfer for free. They send the money electronically to my High Interest Account. Now, I have a paper trail from my deposit and an electronic confirmation on the transfer. I feel much better about that then mailing it.
The only other issue for many is the actual process of transferring everything. Ugh! Doesn't sound fun, does it? But, believe me, it is well worth it.
The time invested was just a little over an hour for me. It didn't take long to set my account up. Once I got my account numbers, I pulled my last 2 checking account statements from my old account. That way, I could see ALL direct deposits, electronic payments, etc, that goes in and out of my account. I spent about 1 hour going to all the accounts and changing the old account number to the new number. Then, done! Well worth the money I made last year!
There are many more out there, too, but I thought these were good starting points for everyone!
So, make sure to spend time today doing your Methods Homework. Open a High Interest Checking! It is so easy to put it off, but today is your day to make this happen!

Currently, they are offering TONS of tax shops around the United States. It looked like one of the broadest coverage of the US in regards to shops available, in comparison to the other companies I have introduced.
As we know, getting your taxes done can be expensive, so this is a great incentive.
Take a look at the shops you apply for in regards to specifications. Mine requires they call me first and interview me before giving me the shop. Also, I have to apply for a RAL, or a loan, on my return.
Of course, the company is reimbursing me all fees, etc for that loan, so it doesn't cost me anything. But, check with them, this could be a hit to your credit score. For me, with all the Online Offers, Surveys, and other money making methods...I am willing to take a hit to my credit score to have my taxes done for $0!
If it don't get the shop, I will muddle through, but aaaahhhhhh....to have someone else do my taxes would be a blessing!!
And, as a reminder, since we are nearing tax preparation time, pull out a manila folder now and every time a piece of documentation comes in the mail for tax season, stick it all together in one spot...filed away! You don't want to lose anything!

This is, of course, at the top of my list for money makers every year. You can make $1,000's each year by taking part in these offers and truly help your family financially. I have been doing them for over 3 years now, and loving them! And, as I have mentioned previously, I have gotten over $20,000 in free gift cards or checks, with my profit being slightly below that number!
Since most of us have taken part in the $500 Gas Card and VISA Gift Card offers from I-Deal over last year, what is one I would recommend for us all now?
I would probably go with the $500 Kmart Gift Card from I-Deal's e-ResearchGroup. Why? Because it does not count towards that $1,000 6 month quota you completed if you took part in the other two. It is not a Top Notch company. So, you can still take part in this offer.
If you are new, I would still recommend the $500 Gas Card or the $500 VISA first. They are good starting sites, as you can tell from the success so many readers have had with them.
Don't forget about Nuitech sites, too! If you have done your 6 month quota on I-Deal, it may be time to take a look at another company, and they are a good one to check out. You can find them listed on my Online Offers webpage.
