Karen and David at Cashbaq have worked diligently to try and get the bonuses back for us from WT Direct. I appreciate their time and effort! They told me they spent days on this issue alone!
As per their terms, 10. The determination of whether or not a purchase made through a Cashbaq Affiliated Merchant is a Qualified Transaction is at the sole discretion of Cashbaq. Since Cashbaq is sharing a percentage of payments it receives from Affiliated Merchants, any transaction that Cashbaq does not receive credit or payment for will not be paid to you (although Cashbaq may have credited your account).
And, this is the issue they are having.
Originally, they said they would reevaluate the accounts, I am assuming, to see who plan to remain members.
I have gotten many emails from my readers wanting to know what to do? And, it is entirely up to you.
But, here are the steps I recommend anyone should take when they have issues with ANY company.
First and foremost, contact the company directly to see how the issue can be fixed. Hopefully, that solves the problem from the get go. You do want to give them the chance to realize their is an issue and fix it for you. So, if you haven't already, you want to work directly with Cashbaq.
Because of all of your emails, I have been in contact with Cashbaq to try and see what we can do, and they have been trying hard to get it fixed!
If that doesn't resolve the issue, the step to take when any company does not come thru on their end is to contact the Better Business Bureau. This is a wonderful agency that is a go between when companies and consumers cannot come to an agreement. It is non biased and I can't speak highly enough of this organization.
Although the result might not always be in your favor, or a company may not respond, it is important to still work with this agency. Future customers will read reviews and the grades that companies receive and I feel ( just like I did when I made a retailer move the products priced wrong ) that as consumers, we must help each other out.
If we have legitimate issues, it is important to share them, but also give a company the chance to fix the problem. And, that is why I like the BBB. If you file a complaint but a company does come thru and work with you, the BBB will grade them based on this. I look at this as a positive!! If I read reveiws on a company and they respond to complaints, I have high regard for them. That to me shows a lot about the company.
I realize issues arise and problems happen, but it really boils down to how these issues are fixed

Update as of Tuesday, March 3rd: I just spoke to Karen at Cashbaq and WT Direct is no longer offered on their site as of 10:00 AM PST today ( Tuesday, March 3rd ).
If you signed up BEFORE 10:00 AM PST today ( Tuesday, March 3rd ), you will still get your bonus. Yay for everyone who got in on this before it expired!
