Free $25 Target Gift Card and More!

Time for another fun trial offer! If you remember, it is one of the ways I make extra money for my family or earn free gifts.

In addition, I get to try new programs that may just benefit my family.

Want to read more on this method? Click here or go to my Trial Offers button in my left menu bar at anytime.

So, what great trial offers are out there this week?

$25 Free Target Gift Card from Nicole's
Savings Advantage

  • Sign up here for a 30 day $1.95 Trial to Nicole's Savings Advantage
  • Enjoy your trial to Nicole's Savings Advantage. It is a site that claims to save you 75% on shopping, hotels, etc. I plan to try it with some online shopping I am going to be doing soon.
  • Your welcome packet should arrive in the mail soon.
  • You will also receive a form to fill out and mail back for your Target Gift Card. You MUST be a member of Nicole's Savings Advantage when the gift card order is processed
  • After the 30 days, you will pay $9.95 a month, and you can cancel at anytime.

So, what are some things to note?

If your Gift Cards arrive before the end of your 30 day trial, you will make a profit of over $23.

If it doesn't arrive before the end of the trial and you remain a member the next month, you will have paid out over $13.

If you decide this program is for you, and you remain a member, then this $25 covers the cost of over 3 months of membership.

Anyway you look at it, it is a great deal!

Remember, always mark your calendar ( online, cell phone and planner ) so you know when your trial ends. I always like to set a reminder up a few days before it expires, so I have a few days extra to decide what I want to do with my membership.

In addition, remember to copy all terms/conditions and a copy of the main page sign up for documentation.

One final note, this is my first time doing this offer. So, I am testing it out, if you want to join me...I feel it is well worth it. Even if the card never comes, I will only be out $1.95. Remember, when doing these types of Online Offers, always use a credit card with a virtual number, if available.

Why? This way if anything goes wrong ( can't get a hold of someone to cancel, etc ) you can dispute the charges explaining the circumstances and your credit card will cancel the charges and work it out with the provider. Unless the charges are found to be valid, you will never have to pay for fraudulent charges that programs charge you. Never use a debit card for any type of online offer! What other Trial Offers are out there?

Gevalia is offering a free Stainless Steel Coffee Maker, Travel Mug and Coffee Scoop when you order coffee.

In fact, the coffee maker that my husband and I use at home is a Gevalia that we got free from one of these offers a few years ago. And, we are very happy with it.

This deal is great if you need a gift for someone, or if you need a new coffee maker for your own family.

The price of the coffee you need to buy to get this coffee maker ranges from $5.95 to $8.95 per package. You need to buy 4 - 1/2 lb packages. So, approx. $23 - $35 depending on which types you pick.

You do get signed up for an auto ship program, so if you don't enjoy their coffee and want it shipped out month after month, you will need to contact them to cancel. Mark those calendars!

Finally, don't forget about the Free Pan Offer. You can click here to read my original post on the topic.

Enjoy all your Trial Offers!

Nicole's Savings Advantage seems shady. I signed up last month and it's time to cancel, but their phone number no longer seems to work, nor will the website let me sign in.

Also, I found what I think is a better deal with Gevalia. It requires three additional coffee shipments, but I think it's worth it. $14.95 with free shipping gets you a coffee maker, mug, AND carafe, and two boxes of their coffee. I figure that the difference in price and free shipping covers the cost of the first additional shipment at least. The website is www.gevalia.com/mag and the code is 120795.

Danielle,

I called yesterday and they picked up right away and I was able to talk to them quite awhile about the program.

And, I got two email responses from them yesterday when I emailed them additional questions after I was already enrolled.

Did you call the same phone number that is on the sign up page?

It is 1-877-779-6757.

Well, I signed up yesterday...so I will let you know how it goes and if I get my $25 Target Gift Card. I should know within the next 30 to 60 days. :-)

The thing to remember with any Online Offer is that they all have bad reputations from someone. All the Netblue, Nuitech and IDeal offers are listed under Rip Off Report, etc, but as we all know, if you follow the rules...you get your money.

This is not to say this will come thru. But, as with all Online Offers I try, the key is to using a credit card so you can dispute if anything goes wrong, and not have to pay ( if a company gets too many complaints..credit cards will no longer allow them to be used for that company, so you always want to dispute if a problem arises )

The worst that will happen is you will be out $1.95 and the chance for $25. Well worth the investment to see for me and test it for everyone. Hmm...maybe I should add that to the post. :-)

Hey, can you write me back and let me know...did you get anything in the mail from them, and did you get the form to fill out for your Target gift card? Or, did nothing arrive at all..let us know. I will be curious to see. Also, I will let everyone know what happens with me...stay tuned over the next few months!!

The lady I talked to yesterday said I should have my form within the 30 day trial.

For everyone else, If you ever run into a company you can't get a hold of them to cancel yours, remember all you have to do is call your credit card company to tell them you were unable to cancel, and they will dispute the charges for you.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS use credit cards w/ virtual numbers when doing online offers so you don't have to worry about additional charges if you ever run into additional problems.

On the Gevalia, if you like the coffee, that would be a good deal! Thanks for the link, Danielle. ALSO, don't forget, Gevalia is often times part of the larger Online Offers ( Nuitech, etc ), so if you plan to do one of those...you will want to hold tight and sign up thru one of those websites.

That way you get credit towards a gift card, PLUS the free gifts. I can't promise it is currently listed with an online offer..but check. In the past, it has been. Worth a try.

Hey Carrie,
I saw this trial offer through another blog site and am in the midst of it. I did recieve the welcome kit and then two days letter a plain envelope containing a simple form to fill out and return. I have and now I am just awaiting for the giftcard. I still have just a few days left on the trial, so keeping my finger crossed. Kate

Thanks for the feedback, Kate.

I talked to Danielle ( Business Mommy ), too, and she said she did get her forms, etc, and heard that others have been getting their gift cards...so yay!

She said the others were able to cancel, too, she just wasn't able to get thru. I did get thru yesterday, so it may have just been a busy time when she tried to call.

I am excited. I always like getting free $$!

Keep us posted, Kate. I have a feeling that the cards won't come until we are in our 2nd month, though. Just from doing these programs in the past, I almost always have to stay the 2nd month.

I just finished this offer. Had to cancel because my 30 days was up, and still waiting for the giftcard. It took them a while to send out the giftcard paperwork but I mailed it back right away. Was a couple weeks ago so hoping they processed and mailed out the giftcard before I canceled. They were, however great about canceling. I e-mailed a request and called to follow-up. Rep I spoke to was very friendly and e-mailed me a confirmation stating I would not be charged. Good luck, everyone!

I did this too. I mailed the paperwork back right away but it was one week before I had to cancel. I have already cancelled. I bet I don't get the g/c. I'll be bummed if I don't.

Rachel,

Keep us posted.

I think it all depends on when they processed your paperwork.

When I called them, they told me you must be a member when they process it.

Everytime I ever do offers similar to this ( which there are quite a few programs similar to this ), I always find it is worth staying an extra month if I haven't received the gift card as long as the gift card value is higher than the monthly fee. That way, I am still making $$.

But, you never know...you may just get it. :-)

Carrie,

What about these types of offers - free macbook @ www.colormyrewards.com? I took a look at it this morning but wasn't sure....it also offers a $250 Itunes card and a $1000 gift card for choosing certain offers amidst the top and premium offers.

thanks for your insight,
laura

When I signed up today, it told me I was going to get a $25 Starbucks card in addition to the $25 Target card. Which.. great! But unexpected. We'll see how it turns out. :) Just thought I'd let you know that it might actually be better now than it was to begin with. Sometimes procrastination pays.. haha.

(I wish it had been a card for something more useful than Starbucks but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth!)

The number I called to double check that this was in fact not a scam was 888 not the 877 number as listed on their site.

888-779-6757

Thank you for the tip about the cellphone reminder too.

I am excited to get the starbucks and target card. The customer rep confirmed I would in fact get both after I return the forms.

Carrie,
I did a search on your website and didn't find out how the deal worked out. Did you ever receive your giftcard? I signed up with them a couple weeks ago and have been unable to talk with anyone! I have left my phone number three times for a CSR to call me back, but I haven't received any call back. I also have left three e-mails without any response. Could you comment how this all worked out for you.
Thanks,
jill

Well so far Nicoles Savings is 100% SCAM. I became a member a week or so ago. I try to shop off their website "offers" section, but all it does is link you back to their signup page, even though I am already logged in. There is no way to leave the site and get the supposed savings they state on the site. I called THREE TIMES to customer service, each time a lady said someone in sales would call me back. NOTHING. No calls back in 3 days. I also emailed a few times, no reply. THEY ARE 100% SCAM.

It is a complete scam. If you have a charge on your credit card you should contact the credit card company, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/) and the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com). They are a complete fraud.
