30 Free Holiday Photo Cards - Expired!

Officially over folks! Got a letter from Kodak today stating they are taking the 20FREECARDS promotion down for now. Hope alot of you got your cards ordered!

Save up to 30% on All Products at Kodak Gallery!

I am bumping this post back to the top, thanks to some new codes that are bringing some of my readers cost down to $3 to $4 for the 30 cards PLUS 75 Free Prints ( you only get the free prints if a new member )

Add code INSTYLE08, as well, to bring the price down a bit more, in addition to the codes below.

So, I just tested it for everyone.

I uploaded my 30 cards ( read below for the full instructions )

I entered code 4UCJ08
Next entered code INSTYLE08
Final code entered is 20FREECARDS

This brought my total to $3.87.

Thanks to Heather and Ashley for posting this additional code in the comments section.

I am so excited. I have been putting off ordering my Holiday cards, but took the initiative with this deal.

Remember my post here about the 75 Free Prints that Kodak Gallery is offering right now? And, how you can buy one set of Holiday cards and get 2 free?

Well, now you can get 3 sets free!! Can you believe it?

Here is the deal:

  • Click here to register with Kodak Gallery. Your 75 Free Prints will show up as a credit on your account. You ONLY have 1 month to use them. So, don't delay and lose those prints.
  • Upload your holiday photo and create 30 cards ( 3 sets ) Your quantity should show 3.
  • Enter code HolidayGreen ( working for some, not for others...just give it a try )
  • Enter code tryus3 UPDATE: As of 2:24PM, readers are reporting this tryus3 coupon has expired. I knew it. I had a feeling they would shut this deal off. Before you give up, try code 4UCJ08. Others are reporting this code still working.
  • Enter code 20freecards

You will have to pay shipping/handling, but it comes to a little over $3. You would pay that for a box of cards at the store.

Or, you can do what I did and have it shipped to store. They say that could cost a little over $2, BUT...I shipped to CVS and you know what my final cost for 30 5X7 Cards was? 48 cents!!! For whatever reason, they charged me approx. $1.50 to pick up at the store, but the credit taken off for the 2 coupon codes above came to more than the total of the cards. Hmmm!!

Anyway, my total before coupon was just over $30. So, this is quite the deal.

If you are already a member, try code 4UCJ08. Thanks to Third Wish for sharing this additional code in the comments below. I haven't tried this code, so no guarantees, but she did at got her cards for just over $1!

OR, remember, each member over 18 in your house can have an account. So, if you have an account, but your spouse doesn't...open a new one here for him. Or, a child over 18?

As always, jump on these deals as soon as you see them. Many times, once companies realize they are being bombarded with free orders, they take them down.

And, if you don't need Holiday cards, they have MANY cute standard card designs. This could be a great time to upload some pictures of the kids to make Birthday, Grandparents Day, Anniversary, etc cards for family members with cute pics of the family. I believe ( don't quote me ) that each set of 10 has to be the same picture. So, potentially, you could make 3 sets, and use 3 different pictures ( a picture a set )

Finally, don't forget about getting free postage. Click here to read how I got $20 in free postage from Stamps.com. This is a great way to help pay for mailing these lovely cards!

Enjoy!

I saw your post and decided to hurry and order my cards. 30 cards for $3.48. Great deal in my opinion. There was no pick-up location in my area. I really enjoy your blog! Thanks.

Do you have to be a new member to get the free photo cards? Thanks.

I just ordered my 30 folded 5x7 photo cards for a whopping 48 cents plus I'm getting 75 free prints. You rock and I'm sending my readers over to get this deal!

Thanks for the tip! I was just thinking that I wanted to make some cards for the holiday, so this is perfect timing! I really enjoy your blog, especially the pharmacy deals. As "luck" would have it, I got bronchitis, so I had LOTS of Rx to fill. End result: enough gift cards so that I do not have to buy cat food (and I have 5 cats!) or baby food for a month and a half, plus I got a toy to set aside for Christmas for my son! Thanks again!

Please point out this offer is for NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY. I already have an account with Kodak, so I was out of luck.

Nerdy said...

I'm already a member of Kodak and the 20freecards offer is only good if you pay for 10 5x7 cards to get the 20 free so I'd have to spend $10 to get the 20 free. Bummer.

My friend directed me to your wonderful blog! I just wanted to add that you can use code 4UCJ08 in conjunction with 20FREECARDS. I was not able to use tryus3. My total ended up being $1.92 with shipping. :)

20freecards = what kind of card is this. the one i picked it wont take that couponcode.
Do you have the details?

I just ordered my cards and got them for $3.48 as well. Woohoo! Between this deal and the snapfish deal a few weeks ago (20 cards for 20 cents), I have saved tons of $. Thanks so much for the tip!!!

*Tanyetta* said...

what am i doing wrong?

this is the message i received

Your current order does not meet the requirements for the code you entered. Please check the details of the offer and try again.

I also just paid 48 cents!!! That's wonderful! I didn't have a picture on hand yet so I had a quick photo shoot with the babies before their morning nap. The original plan was have photos taken and purchase those to send to the aunts and uncles. That would have cost me around $0.49 for each wallet. And then I would have had to buy the cards! Such a great deal!

Diane said...

Do you mind sharing which cards you chose? I can't get this to work for the life of me! It says that what is in my cart can't be used with the 2nd code. Thanks!

LuAnn said...

Thank you for sharing this. We weren't sure if we could afford cards this year. I can certainly afford .48. Yay

Anonymous said...

Thanks! I just did the deal, I did two different card designs, 2 sets of one design and one set of the other, and I got all three for 48 cents! Wahoo! Thanks!

Yeah! I got it to work! Make sure you order the 5x7 prints to get the deal!

Anonymous said...

How much longer do you think this promotion would last?

Carrie @ Moneysavingmethods.com said...

Hi Everyone,

For those of you who can't get the coupon to work on the cards you chose, PLEASE make sure you have 5X7 photo cards in there. Any other size photo cards won't work.

For those that are already members, remember, if you have a spouse or a child over 13 ( I believe is the age...checks the terms ), they can each have an account.

So, you could potentially open an account for your spouse. That is what I did.

Cris said...

Thanks so much for sharing!!! You have to pick the cards that come in a set! =) I did it the other way and it didn't work. Going to share this with my small reader group! Blessings!

I just placed my order but also included the code "HOLIDAYGREEN" for 20% off all orders over $30.

My order totaled (-$3.48) I don't believe I;ll receive the overage when I get to CVS, but at least I have Free prints and Christmas cards for the family.

Thanks for the tip.

Anonymous said...

The code is ONLY good for 5x7 photo print cards. Selecting any other type of card will result in the code not working correctly.

The Hansen Family said...

Fantastic deal! I wasn't even going to really do Christmas cards this year, but who knew you could get so many for free?? Thanks!

Jennifer said...

It is about 1:15 EST and I just completed this order exactly as you described, but it cost me $1.48. I can handle that... for 30 cards!

A quick tip... I made 1 set into generic Thank You cards because I always send those after the holidays too.

FishMama said...

Thanks for a great tip! I would NOT be sending cards this year, but for family. Now, I can probably swing a few friends into the mix.

Rachel said...

Too bad we're not taking our family Christmas picture until this weekend! Maybe it will still be available later this weekend, but I doubt it.

Codes are not working for me. I'm using a Martha 5x7 photo card and it tells me invalid. The "tryus3" validates but is not crediting towards my order.

Anonymous said...

Heather over at Freebies4Mom suggested we come this way. I got my cards for .48 and am working on the prints. Thank you so much! Will make sure to blog this and give especially give kudos to you and Heather.

Carrie @ Moneysavingmethods.com said...

Martha Stewart cards cannot be used.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that when I wrote my post.

Try the Set of 5X7 Cards, those are the ones that will work with the codes.

candace said...

first code has expired :( i'am so sad.. thanks for the deal though :)

Heather J. @ TLC Book Tours said...

Ok, once I figured it out, I got a great deal!

Here's what I did:

First I opened a new account using my work email address.

Then I created 3 sets of cards using one design, and 1 set of cards using another design.

I used the following codes:
tryus3
20freecards
holidaygreen

My total for 40 cards delivered to my local CVS was $2.32.

Yeah! Thanks for the heads up on this great deal.

Gina said...

I just tried to use the "tryus3" code and it says that one has expired. The other 2 worked, so I got 30 cards for $5.37, still not a bad deal.

Anonymous said...

Wow! Thanks for the heads up. I just did 30 for $0.48 with my account, then set up my husband's account to do 30 more. However, when I trued to use the tryus3 code this time, it said it was expired. Huh?

Mama said...

/the tryus3 code showed up as expired for me.:(

Anonymous said...

The tryus3 code didn't work for my about 10 minutes ago, but the j code did work. I'm still happy. I just got 30 cards and envelopes for $5.
Thanks so much!

katharine said...

yes, the tryus codes are all expired, but i did get my 30 cards and 75 prints for under $6.50!

My total is still coming out to $11.11. I have used these codes:

-20freecards
-HolidayGreen
-4UCJ08

And I am still paying that much. What am I doing wrong? Please help!!!

Unknown said...

Winkflash actually has a better deal for me, since the codes didn't work, even though I was a new customer.

Thanks, though!

Anonymous said...

I was able to use all of the codes you included and I found instyle08 online and it took a few more dollars off. My total was $4.48 for 75 photos and 30 cards. Thanks!

My christmas pics. were available for pickup today so I rushed home to upload them & the deal is still working! Even though I bought 30 cards, it didn't come to enough to use the HolidayGreen code. However- my total came to $5.26! The 4UCJ08 & 20freecards are still working! What an awesome deal!! Thank You!! Packs of non-cute unpersonalized cards cost that much. :)

Anonymous said...

I also added this code INSTYLE08. It saved me even more. I ended up with 3.80 for 30 cards. Thank you so much for the tip!

Wonderful tip! Thank you so much. My order was $5.38 not bad at all!!

Can I make 3 different sets of postcards to get this deal?

Carrie @ Moneysavingmethods.com said...

Anonymous,

I am not sure...are the categorized under the 5X7 cards?

All you can do is try, the codes won't work and it will give you an error message if it is not doable.

Sorry I don't have the answer to that one.

Amber said...

I just used the codes as you listed them and got my 30 cards for $3.90. Thats 13 cents a piece, cheaper than Costco (30 cents). They still took the 20freecards promo for me. Yay!

Anonymous said...

I just completed my order and the 20FREECARDS code still worked. HOORAY! I had tried to do this the first time you posted it, but couldn't get it to work. Now that I found on another blog that you had to order the 5x7 budget photo cards I have it figured out. THANKS so much for the codes!

Beth/Mom2TwoVikings said...

Can't get this wor work for me - total is still over $20 while my "credits" for all the codes are showing but being applies. Grrr.

Beth/Mom2TwoVikings said...

Just tried live chat help and they're no help - "you can only use one coupon code per order"

Carrie @ Moneysavingmethods.com said...

Beth/Mom2TwoVikings,

They expired this deal yesterday. My understanding was that they took the 20FREECARDS code down, but I could be wrong...that was just what the email they sent me said.

But, I am sure you are right, too, they probably pulled the coupon stacking capability down....I haven't tested it today.

Help!
Are there any other good deals out there for photocards? The 30 free prints already expired :(
