Rextopia is another great network that has many offers to choose from on a daily basis. In fact, they have recently begun doing a great job of beating the payouts of many competeing networks!
I have been finding the networks I have used specifically for certain offers for a long time now, are not coming close to what Rextopia will pay. So, I move over! :)

Tried to sign up with the affiliate and it won't take the country for me... ?? Highlights, but no go.

If it is giving you an error message that you need a Country, make sure BOTH spots for Country are filled out.
There is the spot for the Country you reside in, but also the spot for where do you run your traffic.

One more question off topic. How did you get the button that you can also scroll down that gives you 2009 savings totals of all and show each one?
