The only details are what I could find on their website.

It does have a phone number, so I would recommend calling them to get all the details.
In fact, I couldn't even find whether it was only valid in certain states or not...just the details listed.

Do you know the least expensive place to purchase money order?
I usually buy mine thru my bank. They don't charge me anything. It is a benefit of banking with them.
