Expired! It is back again! Pinecone Research Open and Accepting Applications

I am so excited! Once again, Pinecone Research is open to new applicants! Remember last time I posted this? It closed within a few hours.

Even if you don't take surveys often, I would recommend signing up for this company now.

Why?

They usually open up to new applicants only on occasion, and you usually need to be invited OR find an advertisement somewhere. In the past, you couldn't just go to their site and register.

So, I was excited when I saw Pinecone Research come thru my email account today!

From what I have heard, it is one of the better survey sites. They pay higher dollar amounts per survey you do and pay quickly!

Am I a member?

Well, not for lack of trying. I have applied a few times now, and never get accepted. My husband works for a company that competes with beauty care products, pharmaceuticals, etc...so everytime I answer the question "does anyone in my home work for...", I don't get accepted. BUMMER!

But, hopefully many of you will be accepted. It is worth a try!

If you would like to join Pinecone Research, click here. And, they particularly need 18-24 year olds, so if you are in that age range, have kids in that age bracket or know of someone...makes sure to recommend them.

Remember, to read all my helpful hints on taking Surveys, click on the Survey button in my left bar or you can go here.

Good luck! Hope you are accepted!

Carrie, your link takes me to "Fusion Cash" I don't think they are the same as Pinecone Research...are they?

Hope you are doing well!

Silverbells said...

Me too...I tried your link but it went to Fusion Cash. I went to the Pinecone website, but there's nowhere to sign up new members. Help ;-)

I've been a member of Pinecone Research for over five years, and they are great! Any easy way to bring in a few extra bucks here and there and sometimes you even get to try out the products for free!

Lori and Silverbells,

They already filled their quota and filled all 1,000 spots.

So, the mad rush to become a member is already over. Bummer!

The link redirected since the Pinecone Research link was full.

If I see it come up again, I will repost and send an email out immediately via Facebook, since so many are telling me they missed out.

It redirected me to Unique Rewards. So I guess I signed up for the wrong thing.
Why is it redirecting instead of just saying that they are full?

Carrie @ Moneysavingmethods.com said...

It redirects, because the company, Logical Media, that is offering the links to Pincecone Research then wants you to see some of their other advertisements, I guess.

I don't really like that they do that, but not much I can do about it.

I was able to apply the first time you posted the link and when I completed the application it said I would be contacted via email within a few days if I'd been accepted. Is this what they normally do or is that a nice way of saying I didn't get in?

Vicky,

Based on my experience, this is how it has always been.

Pinecone Research is very selective and don't open all that often...and when they do, I believe they then fill their spots based on the demographics they need.

If you don't get accepted this time, if you ever see an invite again anywhere, apply again, they may be looking for your demographic at that time then.

The other thing to note, if you do get accepted, make sure you do take surveys every now and then. They will deactivate your for inactivity..so I have heard.

Yay, I was accepted :) I actually use to be a member, but was dropped after not agreeing to the $3 pay instead of the $5 pay they use to give. They didn't directly say if you don't agree then we won't use you anymore, but it happend :(
Anyway I'd bring in about $40 or more a month plus free products atleast once a month.

I sure didn't like the site I was redirected to. Signed up and then started getting rashes of emails from all the companies I had SPECIFICALLY clicked NO to on the forms.
It is not that I don't want to be contacted by these companies. But I want to be the one who decides WHEN I am contacted and under WHAT conditions.

As many survey companies offer sign up bonuses - I want to sign up when I receive a bonus.

But I cancelled my sign up for the major company - so the offers that I had SUPPOSEDLY signed up for dwindled.

Just hope I didn't mess up getting a sign up bonus from them in the future because National Survey Search decided to pass my information on even when I clicked NO.

Definitely DON'T sign up for anything if you click on a link and it doesn't take you to the spot I said it should.

As soon as offers come down, the companies usually will redirect to one of their other advertisers, and often..they are NOT companies I would recommend.

If you are ever wondering, feel free to contact me first to check.

But, I never know what site they will redirect you to once the offers come down.

I signed up the first time this was posted, but have not heard anything yet..do you think that means I was not excepted this time?

Carrie @ Moneysavingmethods.com said...

Possibly.

I, unfortunately, don't know how fast they are getting thru the applications.

I have heard from others that they got their acceptace already...but not sure if that means they got their application in before you..or if they have already gone thru them all.

Keep your eyes open. I apply everytime they open it up...even if I still think I won't be accepted..I just never know.!

thanks for the link-- I did get accepted and have already received a check! I was shocked they sent it for $3, but money is money, right?

Do they let you know immediately when you sign up that you are in or do you get a email within a few days? I have signed several times but never got any reply.

I would love to be able to tell you, but I apply every time and never get accepted either. Boo!!

I just do it every time. So many of my friends love it, I figure it only takes me a few moments to reapply each time it becomes available again.

Anyone know that has been accepted? Do you get the welcome email right away?
