Eat Better America Coupon Book



Yay!! My Eat Better America Coupon and Recipe book arrived today!

Remember, this is a free booklet with $10 worth of coupons in it. On top of that, it had some yummy looking recipes. The stuffed chicken Parmesan looks like tasty to me!

Coupons are essential to saving money at the Grocery and Drugstores. Don't forget, by combining sales with coupons and stockpiling, you can save your family immensely over the year. We are still in February, and I have already saved us $674!! How does the whole number break out? I have spent $538 so far this year, which breaks out to $77 a week for a family of 5!

I got mine today too and you're right that stuffed chicken parm looked delicious. I wanted to try that too. The shrimp pasta looks good also.
