Electronic Coupons & Upromise!

Well, if you have been going back and forth on your decision whether to join Upromise or not....this is another one of the GREAT reasons to join! Click here to sign up and make sure to enter 5Tylenol so you get your $5 sign on bonus.

Also, click here to read my original post on Upromise and why I love this program.

Well, while logging into Upromise last night to get my numbers earned for my Week In Review, I noticed this........eCoupons! Hmmm, I thought...what is that? Could it be electronic coupons?

You know how excited I am about electronic coupons, right? Click here to read why.

But, the gist of it is, you load these coupons onto your shopping card, such as Kroger, and when you buy the item, and the coupon price automatically comes off. And, the bonus, they stack with hard copy manufacturer coupons. So, it is possible to get items for Free or next to nothing, thanks to programs such as P&G eSavers and Shortcuts.

NOW....Upromise has also come out with electronic coupons. They are called eCoupons. And, from what I am reading, I am even more excited than the other programs. Why? Well, they are at multiple stores, not just Kroger.

For example, in my area, they are at Kroger, CVS, Biggs, Dorothy Lane Market and many more. Based on your zip code, it will tell you which stores in your area participate.

When you log in, go under the tab Earn Rewards and then to eCoupons.

Then, you simply click on the coupons you want and they will load them to all your shopping cards you have registered with Upromise ( so make sure they are all linked ).

And, from what I have heard...thanks to Weighing In on Life...these coupons will stack with the others. For example, if Shortcuts has the same electronic coupon, will I get the money off for my manufacturer coupon, my Shortcuts coupon and money back on my Upromise eCoupon in my Upromise account.

And, don't forget, when you buy products and they are sponsored by Upromise, you get a percentage back into your Upromise account, too. This money accumulates and is to be used for College for any family member. Or, they do allow you to withdraw it, although they do this in the hopes you will take that money and invest it on your own for college. :-)

And, while on the topic of College Savings, don't forget College Advantage 529 program is offering their $25 Sign On Bonus to referrals. Click here.

So, enjoy this new savings program and I hope you are as excited as I am! And, if you want to read another great write up on the topic, click here to go to Mommy Snacks. She is also featuring this program today, too.

When I combine this with The Grocery Game savings each week, I have a feeling my grocery bill is going to be even lower, if that is even possible. I can't wait!

Don't forget to enter my September $25 Giveaway. Simply click here to read the details and enter.

I received the email about these coupons last night. After researching and listening to their audio (on their website), the value of the coupon does not come off your receipt...it gets put into your Upromise account (i.e. use $.50 Charmin coupon - no savings on your receipt but $.50 into your Upromise account plus any other value that you would have earned for buying that item and/or shopping that store). They do stack with other coupons.

Great minds think alike! I thought they came off the receipt but even going into your Upromise account is awesome!

Thanks for posting. This is the only electronic coupon program that stores in my area are currently participating in.
