I have been counted!
And, so has every member of my family. If you haven't guessed, my 2010 Census arrived in the mail today. It was quick to fill out. For some reason, I expected a bit more questions ( I guess I am too used to taking surveys )
It is already in the envelope and ready to go out in the mail tomorrow.
Keep your eyes open and check your mail. Your census should be arriving soon. And, remember the sooner you get it back in the less money our government will have to spend trying to get you to turn it in to them.
In fact, this recent video on CNN claims that we could save $1.5 Billion ( Billion? ) if every person mailed back their census right away instead of having to pay people to follow up. Wow!
You know how financially frugal I am. I definitely do not want to add to my nations financial woes, so I am doing my little part by mailing it right away.

Now, on to the portion about how you can earn. I guess if people aren't going to send it back and are going to cost our nation more money, some of us should get paid to work.
If you are looking at a way to make a little extra money, this may be a fit for you. You can go here to read how to apply and find out if there are jobs in your local area. They do state most hiring will be done in the Spring of 2010. And, Spring is only about a week away. Yay!
