$0 Girls Boots - Famous Footwear

How do you like these Girls boots I picked up for my 5 year old daughter today? I am already sale shopping for next fall, and I will give these to her when I give her the new fall school clothes I give her before school starts. If she doesn't quite fit in them yet, then they will be a Christmas present for next year.

On your birthday, you get a special gift. I just had my big day, and Famous Footwear sent me a $10 of any shoe purchase. Since I love $ off ANY purchase coupons, I decided to stop in the store today to see if they had any clearance shoes I could get cheap with the coupon.

I went to the back shoe rack, and these $49.99 boots were marked down to $10! And, they were the next size up for my daughter ( perfect since I am buying ahead ).

I immediately trotted back up to the cashier, proudly set my boots on the counter and handed my coupon over and then pulled out my wallet. I assumed I would owe a little bit for tax.

He rang it up, put my boots in a bag printed out a receipt and handed it to me. My receipt said $0.00!

I didn't owe a cent. I smiled, picked up my free boots and walked out of the store. What a great day ( outside of the phone company fiasco, of course ).
