I have been paying TXU an average of $.13 a kilowatt hour for my electricity. I would get things in the mail from other companies but I thought 10 cents, 9 cents...its just a few cents. Well after talking with a friend about budgeting and doing a little simple math for every 1,000 kilowatt hours I can save 1 cent, that's $10 a month. I just switched to a company called Ambit Energy and I will now be locked in at 9 cents a kilowatt hour with NO FEES. TXU was charging me a $7.95 month surcharge as well as a higher rate.
Long story short when you REFER people to them you save even more and they are guaranteed the lowest rate possible. If you know what you are paying and you think they can help you check out this link:

They seem to have excellent customer service and after receiving my 1st bill I saved approx $50! If you are looking to save money on your monthly bills seriously check this out.
