Let me begin by introducing you to Upromise, if you are new to the program. It is by far one of my favorite money saving/earning programs because it is so easy to use once you set it up. And, you will earn money for years and years to come without doing anything. The basis behind the program is to save money for college. This can be for your kids, your FUTURE kids ( sign up even if you don't have any yet ), your nieces/nephews, grandkids or simply a friend or yourself! There really is no reason to not have an account, as someone can use the free money, if you can't. How it works? Many different ways. You sign up and register your shopping cards. So, for me, that is my Kroger card, my CVS card, a Miejer card...you get the idea. Then, when you shop, if you buy a participating product, they give you a percentage back into your account. In addition, they now offer an eCoupon program. At the beginning of every month ( or right now, if you are new ) you can log in and load the coupons. That way, if you buy any of those products at the store, they will rebate the money back to your account. Make sure to load those today! There are other money savers. Register your credit cards and if you eat at a participating restaurant, you get a portion back. Gas? Exxon/Mobil give a percentage back. Shop online? Log in here and you get a percentage back! Basically, you get money back for things you already do! And, you can either have this money deposited into a College 529 or you can request to withdraw it and invest it yourself. So, how do you get your bonus money right now? First, click here to sign up. Once you have established your account, make sure to go register your shopping cards and your credit cards. Next, go load your eCoupons. THEN, for a $5 bonus go to get a quick auto quote online from Liberty Mutual. It took me no time at all to get that free money. Just click on the Auto tab in the left menu bar and scroll to the bottom of that page and you will see the button for the Liberty Mutual quote. It is at the very bottom. Now, after you are done with that....and for all of us who are already Upromise members, here is the $2 bonus you can get. Use the scroll to see all Auto Partners menu at the bottom of the auto page until you see Insurance.com. Click on that. It will take you to a new page where you can get an auto insurance quote online and earn $2. They allow you to do this every months, so mark your calendars. The upside to getting auto quotes? You may find a deal that saves you money, too. You never know! If not, you made $7 between Liberty Mutual and Insurance.com. And, don't forget about the $500,000 they are giving away for college right now, too! It is a great time to be a member of Upromise!

I titled this post about the free $2, BUT if you are new to Upromise or to my past post on the free $5 Bonus, you can essentially make $12 free for very little time!

We did the Liberty Mutual quote for $5 and ended up switching insurances and saving $50 a month!! Thanks!
I tried the 5tylenol code and it didn't work for me.
thanks Carrie!
Try 3Glass and see if that works.
It is only for $3, but still a good deal.
If that doesn't work..leave another comment and I will search somemore.
I don't know if its true or not, but someone told me that when you fill in your information for an auto insurance quote, they sell your information to insurance agents. Is this true or should I leave a false phone number/email just to be sure? Thanks
Jessica,
Good reminder, I should have written it in my post.
Phone number was optional, so I would probably advise just skipping that part.
For email, I ALWAYS advise you use your deal or other email account.
I set multiple emails for different things...one of surveys, one for mystery shops, one for deals, bills, personal, etc.
This way, nothing ever gets mixed together.
This is very important to do when doing any deals online to make money. Because, you are right, many will result in SPAM
Totally worth it, but you just have to know ahead of time to use seperate emails.
If you want a seperate phone #, try Brring. You can read more about it under my Getting Started Guide. The button is in the upper left hand side.
Hope all that helps!

I have a upromise acct and went through the Liberty Mutual quote but didn't receive the $5 bonus. Not sure what happened. Do you have to change your insurance to liberty mutual?
I tried both 5tylenol and 3Glass - both did not work for me :(
Ooopppss...sorry Kristen. I should have clarified.
You will get your $5 in about 4-6 weeks.
You ONLY had to get a quote, so you did fine. Keep your quote number in case you need to get manual credit.
But, otherwise, mark 6 weeks off on your calendar to check back and make sure it hits.
Try BN2.
It is $2.
Let me know if that one works.
BN2 did not work.

OK..I give up.
I just sent an email off to Tylenol and Upromise asking why the codes they have posted on their sites aren't working.
Condsidering Glass Plus and Beechnut both have their codes posted, too, I am assuming that the issue is on Upromise's end.
I will let everyone know what they write back.
